2nd International Forum of Performance Art

September 17–19, 2020, Drama – Digital Event

The second International Forum of Performance Art was held exclusively online due to the health conditions caused by the pandemic, on September 17–19, 2020, with the theme “Politics of the Body – Performance Art in Public Space.”

This event saw the first presentation of Viewing Room, a curated digital platform that hosts performance and video art works following an open call. A total of 64 works by artists from 28 countries were screened, from Israel, India, Australia, Korea, China, Malaysia, and South Africa, to Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, the USA, Guatemala, and many European countries.

The Forum was also held in digital form, with the participation of: Alexandros Vasilis, Antonis Antonis, Georgia Velivasaki, Babis Venetopoulos, Maro Galani, Kostas Galanopoulos, Giorgos Divaris, Giorgos Drivas, Giorgos Drosos, Mary Zygouri, Maro Theodosiou, Fotis Kagkelaris, Chrysoula Karapanagioti, Vicky Konstantinidou, Haris Marinis, Giannis Mitrou, Fotis Ballas, Kostis Stafylakis, Chrysoula Tzelepi, Konstantinos Tiligadis, Tsitsopoulos Filippos, Floros Angelos, Charalambous Panos, Charela Maria, Hatzidimitriou Penelope, and Prost Daniela.

The 2nd International Forum of Performance Art was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture.
